Deposits, changes, cancellations and final payments on package reservations

  • A package is defined as a reservation combining two or more products or components.
  • An initial $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • A deposit of $200.00 per adult is due within 10 days of booking.
  • Final payment is due 35 days (45 days for Holidays) prior to arrival.
  • Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted.
  • After one free allowable change, changes will be assessed $25.00 per change and are subject to availability.
  • Changing properties is never an allowable change.
  • If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties.
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 35 days (45 days for Holidays) prior to the arrival date, a refund less the $50.00 initial deposit and less $50.00 per adult (13 & over) will be issued.
  • If the reservation is canceled 35 days (45 days for Holidays) or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • Insurance premiums, once paid, are non-refundable.
  • Once paid in full, reservations are guaranteed and therefore non-refundable.

  • An initial $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation is due within 10 days.
  • Final payment is due 35 days (45 days for Holidays) prior to arrival.
  • Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted.
  • Changing properties is never an allowable change.
  • If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties.
