You may not use anyone else’s Steamboat ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that Steamboat ID, password or account. SSRC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSRC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Site is provided “as is” and “with all faults.” Such faults include typographical misprints that may occasionally result due to human error. Should any content prove defective, you, and NOT SSRC, shall bear the entire cost of all necessary servicing and repair.

Reservations and refunds are subject to SSRC policies as posted elsewhere on the Site as part of the booking process and such policies are binding on all users and subject to change from time to time without notice.
The real-time, interactive nature of some of the webpages run by SSRC makes it impossible for SSRC to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted herein. Furthermore, SSRC does not endeavor to completely curate this resource. We do not necessarily actively monitor the contents of the Steamboat forums for accuracy, sanity, or decency.

Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement, or the activities and events contemplated hereby, shall reside in the Courts of Routt County, Colorado or the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any claim.
If any clause or provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid in whole or in part, then the remaining clauses and provisions thereof, shall nevertheless be and remain in full force and effect.
