Yes - Pick-up your equipment after 3 pm the night before your first rental day and avoid the morning rush.

Can I store my rental equipment overnight at the base of the mountain?
Yes. Regardless of where you rented, you can store your skis at any Ski and Sport location free of charge. (Please note that boots storage is not included, but we offer bin storage at Gondola Square Ski and Sport and lockers at the Sheraton Ski and Sport). If you are staying at the Grand Hotel, we offer conveniently located storage in Gondola Square at Grand Storage (includes storage for all equipment, as does the Pro Shop).
Can I reserve a specific type or ski or snowboard?
We cannot guarantee equipment requested at the time of booking. However, we do our best to accommodate special requests.
Can I trade my snowboard set in for a ski set (or vice versa) if I want to switch?
Yes. If you are renting demos you can switch out as many times as you would like- The Yurt at the top of the Gondola is a convenient option for guests that have been rented through the Pro Shop or the Sheraton Demo Center. With the Progression ski and board packages, as well as the All Mtn. ski and board packages, we allow you to switch out once free of charge. We will do our best to accommodate guests that wish to swap equipment multiple times, but this is depending on availability.
Do you offer Ski Clothing and Accessories?
We offer rental clothing packages at Gondola Square Ski and Sport, Sheraton Ski and Sport, as well as Ski Delivery Express. This is a great option for people new to the sport or traveling! Helmets are also available and we encourage all guests to rent or buy one.
