The Cabin

Award Winning Colorado Cuisine featuring Chef Chris Wyant's unique interpretation of High Alpine Cuisine of the finest aged Midwestern Prime Beef, Chops, Native Wild Game and jet fresh seafood, all served in a comfortable Rocky Mountain setting complimented with an incredible selection of wines and delicious desserts. The Cabin, which has received the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2002, 2003, and 2004, is open nightly for dinner in winter season 7 days a week 5:00pm-10:00pm.
