Snow tubing is a winter sport that's fun for all ages. Enjoy tubing at two locations in Steamboat Springs.
Saddleback Ranch
About
Strap on your spurs, pull down your hat and ride Saddleback Ranch's brand new Yee-Haw Tubing Hill. The hill is groomed and equipped with a state of the art tube-tow lift system that attaches itself to the tube to transport you back to the top. From there, speed down the hill on a large inner tube provided by the ranch. At the bottom, warm up in the Longhorn Warming Lodge, grab a bite to eat or a warm drink from the concession stand and hit the slope again. Snow tubing is suitable for kids and adults of all ages. Discounts for groups over 20 people. All riders must sign waiver, if under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under five are free but must ride with a paying adult.
Location
Located just 15 miles west of Steamboat Springs, pick-up and drop-off is at the transit center on Mount Werner Circle.
Hours
Pick-up times are 11:30am, 2:30pm, 4:00pm and 5:45pm daily. All times may not be offered during "off seasons".
