- What does it mean to reactivate a pass?
- Don't throw away your current pass! If you had a 2009/10 season pass and plan on purchasing a 2010/11 season pass, we can use the pass again!
If you are purchasing a new PURE Pass, then you will need a new pass for the 2010/11 season.
- What if I lost/misplaced my 2009/10 pass?
- You may purchase a new pass online, however you will need to come into the ticket office to get your new 2010/11 pass.
- Is there a charge to reactivate a lost/misplaced pass?
- There will not be a charge for reissuing the lost/misplaced pass prior to first use. If you have lost your pass after using it, there will be a reissue fee charged. (Only the reissue for the first time applies - there is still a fee for replacing lost or stolen passes during the season.)
- What if I want to change my photo on my pass?
- You can still reactivate your pass online. If you want to change your photo, you need to go directly to the main ticket office to have your new photo taken and receive a new pass.
All passes require a signed liability release waiver before they will be activated.
