Vintage Ski Race
Bring out your old skis and vintage clothing, the older the better!
Eligiblity: Any interested persons clad in vintage ski outfits, complete with race-able skis or snowboard. Participation is FREE to season pass holders and $10 for non season pass holders. All participants must have a 2013 Steamboat Springs Winter Carnival Button.
Race: Bamboo gated Giant Slalom will begin at 1pm on Stampede Trail at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort.
Registration: Stop into the Competition Services Office any time prior to Fri. Feb. 8 or register at the start of the race course 12:30-1pm on Fri., Feb. 8.
$45 Lift Tickets Specially priced $45 lift tickets for Vintage Ski Race Participants will be available for those who register prior to Fri., Feb 8.
Awards: Awards will be held immediately following the Vintage Ski Race on the Steamboat Stage in Gondola Square. Awards will be given to best dressed, fastest time and best vintage equipment.
