Located in the middle of the Routt National Forest, with views extending to Wyoming your ride will take you through tree lined trails and to big open meadows where your guide will give you free time to play around!
The Dinner Tour takes you over moonlit snowfields through a Rocky Mountain wonderland on world-class snowmobiles. Explore breathtaking expanses of Champagne Powder® and rugged peaks on a snowmobile ride along the Continental Divide, then dine just below a 10,000 foot peak in our secluded mountain cabin. Your choice of Grilled Ribeye Steak, Rocky Mountain Trout or Fire Roasted Chicken with a Vegetarian menu also available.
Reservations including Guests riding with the guide (Guide+Adult, Guide+Child) for 12/17-1/2, 2/12-2/15, 3/13-3/28 must be booked directly with Steamboat Snowmobile Tours.

Driving Directions
If you decide to drive instead of taking advantage of the pick-up service, then take Hwy 40 east, up Rabbit Ears Pass. Steamboat Snowmobile Tours is .5 miles past mile marker 151. Slow down when you see the mile marker, as there is no sign. Turn right on the plowed road.

High Mountain Snowmobile Tours
About
Custom groomed trails wind through beautiful high mountain meadows and up onto scenic ridges. We have a 2hour, 4 hour (with lunch) and full day tours. You will ride through the National Forest and have views of the majestic Mt. Zirkle Wilderness area. Tours are available Monday through Saturday beginning December 21st, 2012.
Dress warm! Wear ski clothes, hat, gloves, neck gaitor and sunglasses or goggles. Helmets are provided. Remember your camera! Not open on December 25th or Sundays.
Location
Call for directions and pickup locations nearest your lodging. Please call 24 hours in advance to re-confirm your meeting time. Free transportation is provided. Guest are asked to please be outside, ready and waiting for the white vans.

If you decide to drive instead of taking advantage of the pick-up service, then Take Hwy 40 west to RCR 129, and go north on RCR 129 sixteen miles to Clark. Turn right on RCR 64 (Seedhouse Road) and go five miles to the end of the plowed road at the Meeting cabin.

High Mountain Snowmobile Tours begin on December 21st, 2011. Tours are available Monday - Saturday. Drivers with passengers must be 18 years of age.

Elkhorn Winter Adventures
About
Discover the beauty of the Colorado backcountry. Join Elkhorn Outfitters, Inc. for a day on our 50,000 acre privately owned ranch located 15 miles north of the Hayden Airport.
Your adventure will start when we pick you up at your local accommodations. Your fully guided ride will consist of 50 miles of privately groomed trails, as well as, miles and miles of high country mountain meadows. You will be provided with a helmet. Lunch and hot drinks are also included and will be served in our warming hut. You can also take a break from snowmobiling to enjoy our great tubing hill free of charge.
A credit card will be asked for deposit on equipment and to hold reservations. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Winter activity attire is required, please dress appropriately. Minimum age is 6 years old. You must be at least 16 years of age and hold a valid drivers license to drive a snowmobile. Maximum 8 snowmobiles per tour. Two person machines available for half day tours. Passengers not recommended for full day tour.
Location
Back country winter adventures at Elkhorn Outfitters Inc. is located on a private ranch, approximately 15 miles north of Craig, CO. Craig is about 35-45 minutes west of Steamboat Springs.
Hours
Full tours are available at 8 am and half day tours begin at 8am and 11am. Back country winter adventures at Elkhorn Outfitters, Inc. have a full day option.
This back country adventure can be enjoyed by all levels of riders, from beginner on up. Let us provide you with a truly memorable winter adventure. The dinner tour includes hot drinks, soup and sandwiches.
Vendor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to lack of snow or inclement weather.

Saddleback Ranch
About
Saddleback Ranch guided snowmobile tour goes over 8,000 acres of groomed trails and open meadows, the only snowmobile tour that operates on private land. Enjoy the opportunity to see gorgeous views of the Flattops, Mt. Werner, Sleeping Giant and the Zirkels. Three 2-hour tours offered daily with pickup times of 8:30am, 10:30am, and 1:00pm. Saddleback Ranch uses 2 passenger NEW 2012 Skidoo 4 Stroke and 2008-2011 Polaris 550 Sport Tour snowmobile.
Half Day Adventure Package
The Half-day package has 3 hour snowmobile tour, 1 hour tubing, lunch and pick-up at 8:30 a.m. We use 2 passenger 2006-2008 Polaris 550 Sport Tour snowmobiles. After the ride, warm up with a cup of hot chocolate at the headquarters. Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Location
Saddleback Ranch provides front door transportation to and from the ranch in brand new luxury vans. Saddleback Ranch is located just outside of Milner, a 15 mile drive from Steamboat Springs. If you wish to drive to the ranch, take HWY 40 West out of Steamboat 10 miles. At mile marker 122 take a left onto county road 178, which will turn into County Road 179. Follow County road 179, 3miles across the rail road tracks, over the river and pass a housing development, the ranch is on the left side of the road.
Hours
Three 2-hour tours offered daily with pickup times of 8:30am, 10:30am, and 1:00pm. The Half-day package pick-up time is at 8:30am. Saddleback Ranch Snowmobile Tour season ends April 14th, 2013.

The Hahn's Peak Roadhouse is proud to offer a fleet of 600cc (1-person sled) liquid cooled and 550cc (2-person sled) air cooled Ski-Doo sleds for exploring the trails and carving up the powder!
Please dress warmly wearing ski clothes; boots, gloves, neck gaiter and goggles. Helmets are provided. Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions.
Tours
2 Hour Guided Tour
A scenic guided two hour on two –person 550cc snowmobiles through Steamboat Lake Park is offered at 9:00am, 11:30am and 3:00pm. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.
2 Hour Guided Tour Upgrade
The 2 Hour Tour may be upgraded on a 600cc one person snowmobile. Availability is limited. Offered at 9:00am, 11:30am and 3:00pm. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Snowmobile Tour & Dinner
Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse Snowmobile and Dinner package is offered daily at 3:00pm. Snowmobile 2 Hour Tour followed by a three course dinner in our cozy lodge. Dinner menu includes entrée, soup or salad, bread, veggie, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.
Snowmobile & Horse Ride Package
Our guided Snowmobile Tour and Horse Ride package takes you on a one hour guided horseback ride, then on a sled for a further one hour snowmobile tour. Offered daily at 11:30am and 3:00pm.
Rentals
600cc (1 person) or 550cc (two person) Ski Doo snowmobile rentals are available for half or full days from 8:30am or 12:30pm.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Snowmobile rental guests must purchase a $20 damage waiver upon arrival.
Transportation
Transportation is provided to and from Hahn’s Peak Roadhouse, located 26 miles north of Steamboat Springs on RCR 129. Transportation is included. Pick up and drop off at your lodging accommodations 1-1.5 hours prior to tour or rental time. Food and beverages are available for purchase at the Roadhouse Grill.
Last day of Snowmobile tours is April 7th, 2013.
