Come to historic Howelsen Hill in downtown Steamboat Springs for the ride of a lifetime! Ride the Magic Carpet to the top and come screaming down on a snow tube provided at the hill. This is a must-do experience for all ages. Children must be old enough to ride in their own tube, no kids on laps are permitted. Reservations required. Helmets are recommended.

Location
Located just steps from Lincoln Avenue in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Walk across the bridge at 9th Street or drive across the Yampa River at 5th Street and turn right on Howelsen Parkway. Ticket pick up location is Howelsen Hill at the Main Lodge concession window.
Hours
Snow Tubing at Howelsen Hill will operate, 12/11/12 - 4/6/13, Daily at 4:30 & 5:30 pm. Closed February 8th & 9th and February 10th (4:30pm session) for the Winter Carnival Events. *Sessions will be added during the holiday periods.

Saddleback Ranch
About
Strap on your spurs, pull down your hat and ride Saddleback Ranch's brand new Yee-Haw Tubing Hill. The hill is groomed and equipped with a state of the art tube-tow lift system that attaches itself to the tube to transport you back to the top. From there, speed down the hill on a large inner tube provided by the ranch. At the bottom, warm up in the Longhorn Warming Lodge, grab a bite to eat or a warm drink from the concession stand and hit the slope again. Snow tubing is suitable for kids and adults of all ages. All riders must sign waiver, if under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children under five are free but must ride with a paying adult.
Location
Located just 15 miles west of Steamboat Springs, pick-up and drop-off is at the transit center on Mount Werner Circle.
Hours
Pick up at Mt Werner Transit center (Lanes 1, 2, and 3) 10:30am, 1:30pm, 3:00pm and 4:30pm daily. Saddleback Ranch Tubing season ends April 14th, 2013.
A 12pm pick up time is offered during the Peak Season dates.
Peak Season: Dec 18 - Jan 8 / Jan 12-16 / Feb 17-20 / March 4-24
