Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellations & refund requests received by 11/26/2014:

  • $99 deposits are non-refundable. Once a $99 deposit has been put towards a pass/membership and there is a cancellation or refund request for any reason, each deposit will be forfeited. No additional processing fees will be assessed.
  • Passes purchased in full without using the deposit program will incur a $50 processing fee per pass.
  • Frequency Cards of 6 days or less are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of a qualifying documented medical reason. A $50 processing fee per pass will be incurred.

Cancellations & refund requests received after 11/26/2014:

  • Passes are non-refundable except in the case of documented medical reasons that prevent the pass holder from skiing/riding for the remainder of the season. These Medical conditions must occur prior to March 15, 2015 and passes must not have been used after the initial symptoms in order to be eligible for any refunds. Days used will be charged a predetermined rate and a processing fee of $50 will be incurred. Refund requests must be received prior to April 1, 2015.
