Package Reservations

Deposits, Changes, Cancellations and Final Payments
  • A package is defined as a reservation combining two or more products or components.
  • An initial $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required per lodging unit, at the time of booking.
  • 15% of the reservation total is due 10 days after booking.
  • Final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
  • Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted.
  • After one free allowable change, changes will be assessed $25.00 per change and are subject to availability.
  • Changing properties is never an allowable change.
  • If multiple units are included on a reservation, canceling one or more of those units is not an allowable change and is subject to cancellation penalties.
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 35 days prior to the arrival date, a refund less the $50.00 initial deposit, $50.00 per adult (13 & over), airline tickets, travel insurance premiums, and processing fees will be issued.
  • If the reservation is canceled 35 days or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Activity only reservations

  • 15% of the reservation total is due 10 days after booking.
  • Final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
  • Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted.
  • After one free allowable change, changes will be assessed $25.00 per change and are subject to availability.
  • If a reservation is cancelled more than 35 days prior to arrival, a $50.00 per adult (13 & over) cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If the reservation is canceled 35 days or less prior to the activity date, no refund will be issued.
  • Insurance premiums, once paid, are non-refundable.

Worry-free Vacations

This policy applies to the Champagne Powder and Sun & Snow vacation packages
• A $25 deposit is charged per product at the time of booking.
• 15% of the reservation total is due 10 days after booking.
• Final payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
• Vacation will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival, excluding a $50 cancel fee, $50 per adult (13 & over), airline tickets, travel insurance premiums, and processing fees.
• If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
