2020 Cowboy Downhill Participants
• Any PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) or PBR (Professional Bull Riders) members entered at the 2020 Denver Stock Show Rodeo
• Current top 40 PBR members and current PRCA World Champions are eligible to register for the event
• State Rodeo queens appearing at the Denver Stock Show are also eligible to compete
Date/Location: Monday, January 20, 2020, 1:00pm on Stampede at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Entry Cost: $125 - Entry includes two nights lodging at The Lodge at Steamboat (Sunday, January 19 and Monday, January 20 only), a two-day adult lift ticket, a two-day ski or snowboard rental package, entry into the Cowboy Downhill race, a special edition Cowboy Downhill jacket, and one VIP Pass for all events.
Registration: Sunday, January 19, 2020, from 9am - 6pm at the Clubhouse at The Lodge at Steamboat (2700 Village Drive), and Monday, January 20, 2020, the day of the race, at The Competition Services Office, Ski Area Base - Gondola Square, from 8:30am - 10:30am.
Lift Tickets: Every cowboy entering the event will receive two days of skiing valid January 19-21, 2020 at registration.
Ski Rentals: Cowboys will receive a ski or snowboard rental voucher at registration, which can then be presented at the Steamboat Sports - Gondola Square to obtain rental equipment.
Lodging: Lodging is available for Cowboy Downhill participants through Steamboat Resorts for the nights of Sunday, January 19 and Monday, January 20, 2020 ONLY. Lodging units are assigned at registration. All lodging check-in is at The Lodge. Participants must identify themselves at the time of check-in as being with the Cowboy
Downhill event. A credit card imprint for incidentals is required upon check-in. No advance registrations.
Special rates are available for cowboy's guests at registration who would like to purchase additional lift tickets, rentals and lodging. LIMIT OF 2 GUESTS PER PARTICIPANT.
· Lodging: $40 per guest per night
· Rentals: $15 per day
· Lift Tickets: Adults $54 per day, children (2-6) $41 per day
· VIP Pass: $30 includes lunch, dinner and free Bud Light
PRE-RACE COWBOY LUNCH
On Monday, January 20, starting at 1pm, lunch will be provided for all cowboys and VIP pass holders from 11:00am-12:45pm at the Timber & Torch Terrace.
Cowboys will ski down a dual slalom course, go over a jump, lasso a lady, saddle a horse, and cross the finish line. This is the Timed Event. Followed by the Stampede Event, which is a mass start; first cowboy to the bottom wins. All participants must wear chaps and cowboy hats.
AWARDS AND CONCERTS
The free Bud Light Cowboy Downhill concert will begin immediately following the race in Gondola Square. Complimentary Bud, Bud Light, and a cash bar will be available in the Cowboy VIP section. The Cowboy VIP section is not open to the general public. The Awards Ceremony will be held on Monday, January 20 at the awards banquet at the top of the gondola.

1:00pm 46th Annual Bud Light Cowboy Downhill - Timed Event Slalom followed by the Stampede event
