Steamboat Central Reservations® – Quality, Service & Amenity Ratings

Most properties are assigned quality ratings by an independent rating service, Steamboat Retreat Critiques and are first assigned a price category based on the following:

Price Categories: $$$$=Premium, $$$=Expensive, $$=Moderate or $=Economy categories based on regular season rates. Based on the price category the properties are then assigned a quality rating.

Quality Ratings: Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair are assigned after random inspection of units at each property. Rating represents the overall quality of the units/rooms, including the quality of furnishings, quality of the materials and quality of the maintenance. "No Rating" designates properties that have not been rated at this time. Standards are Steamboat based, with National standards considered.

Service & Amenity Ratings: Assigned from one (1) - a limited level, to four (4) - the highest level. Services & Amenities include: Pools, Hot Tubs, Saunas, Concierge Services, Transportation Services, Maid Services, Game Rooms, Laundry Facilities, On-site Management, etc.
