Take a ride up Mt. Werner and enjoy the views that can only be appreciated from Steamboat's own eight-passenger gondola. Enjoy panoramic views, wildflowers, or changing aspen as you hike or bike on one of our trails. Soak up the sun and scenery of the valley from the Oasis Sun Deck or a memorable Sunday Brunch on the Mountain.

Location
The Steamboat Gondola is located at the base of Mt. Werner in Gondola Square.

The hours of operation for uphill rides are 10:00am – 4:00pm, with the last downhill ride by 4:30pm. Thursdays and Fridays the last downhill ride is at 7:00pm (June 20th through August 30th, 2013). On Sundays the Scenic Gondola Rides begin at 09:30am.
Steamboat Scenic Gondola Ride tickets are valid all day, weather permitting. Tickets are available at the Steamboat Ski School Ticket Office open daily 9:00am-5:00pm (open until 6:30pm on Thursdays and Fridays June 20th through August 30th, 2013) Special pricing is available for pre-arranged groups 25 or more. Ride N Slide
Take a scenic ride up Mt. Werner on the Steamboat Gondola, then head downtown to ride the "Howler" Alpine Slide.
