Launching winter 2026/2027, Steamboat is introducing a new parking program designed to reduce single-occupancy vehicle use at the resort, encourage carpooling and alternative transportation, and improve the arrival experience.

- Free parking in the Meadows Lot Monday-Thursday outside of holidays and *peak periods.
- Free parking for carpools in the Upper Knoll Lot (carpool reservation required) and in the Meadows Lot 7 days a week. Carpools are defined as vehicles arriving with 3 or people in the vehicle.
- Paid parking for 1-2 person vehicles in the Meadows Lot Friday-Sunday and during *peak periods.
- Parking reservations are available for guaranteed Upper Knoll parking.
- Paid parking for 1-2 person vehicles in the Upper Knoll Lot 7 days a week.
- Parking Season Passes are available for Meadows Lot and Upper Knoll Lot with payment plans available.
- Parking availability and pricing is subject to change during *peak periods.
- ADA Parking is available in the Steamboat Square Garage or Torian Plum Garage. View Map

Paid Parking Reservations
Book Upper Knoll parking through ParkMobile by 10PM the night before to guarantee a spot until 10AM.
Free Carpool Reservations
Groups of 3 or more can guarantee a free parking spot in the Upper Knoll Lot with an advance carpool reservation through ParkMobile.
Parking Season Passes
Simplify your winter mornings with a Steamboat Season Parking Pass. Enjoy first-come, first-served access to designated lots all season long — no daily payment required.
