Music at the mountain returns this summer with the Free Stranahan’s Concert Series in Steamboat Square. There’s no better backdrop for live music than the mountains of Steamboat Springs and this summer Stranahan’s will bring six concerts to the Steamboat Stage- the perfect way to spend time with friends and family.With easy access to the Range Food & Drink Hall and plenty of choices for a variety of taste buds, the Free Stranahan's Concert Series will be the place to be this season.

Concerts are start at 6:00pm with an opener and headliners take the Steamboat Stage at 7:30pm

Hailing from Denver, Colorado the 6 Million Dollar Band (6MDB to their fans) delivers high energy 80s new wave, synthpop, and 80s rock exactly as the original artists, with the correct sounds and musical style that made the 80s unique. Nailing the sound of artists like Tears for Fears, Journey, Madonna, Talking Heads and Duran Duran is no simple feat, and no one does it better than the 6 Million Dollar Band. The members of 6MDB bring well-seasoned skills, each having played professionally for nearly two decades. Impeccable drumming, blazing guitar solos, four-part vocal harmonies, and a genuine enthusiasm for the music compliment the already unbeatable sound the band delivers.
