The Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series is a beloved summer tradition held Friday and Saturday nights in downtown Steamboat Springs from mid-June through late August. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Yampa Valley, this PRCA-sanctioned rodeo brings the spirit of the American West to life with thrilling events like bull riding, barrel racing, saddle bronc, and team roping. - Every Friday and Saturday night from June 20 to August 23, 2025 at 7:30pm. Additional performances take place on July 4th.
- Gates open at 6:00pm with a BBQ and live music.
- Dirt flies at 7:30m.
Location: Located a couple of blocks from downtown at 5th street and Howelsen Parkway at the Brent Romick Rodeo Arena.
Cancelation Policy: No refunds. Rodeo happens rain or shine
Children 6 years old and younger get free admission but still reqiure a ticket for entry.
Uncovered seats are located in our historic cement grandstands directly across the arena from the covered grandstands. The closest entrance to these stands is the Scoreboard Gate located at the southwest side of the parking lot. This is the biggest seating area at the arena and offers more room for large groups to find their place together. You may bring umbrellas and blankets to sit in this area.
