The sleigh ride duration is 25 minutes. The dinner reservation time you choose will be your gondola boarding time. Late arrivals may miss their sleigh and may not be able to be accommodated. Early return is very difficult. No children's menu or pricing available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance and no shows will be charged a non-refundable $25 per person fee to cover the cost of the sleigh, gondola and/or snowcat that may be involved in the dining experience. Fee is $25 per person, and fee is $50 per person during holiday pricing dates.. If the number in your party changes or your plans change, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the fee. Please call 970-871-5150.
Severe Weather
In the case of extreme weather, the gondola may have to be closed for evening on-mountain dining activities. If this is the case, rescheduling or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
