Merchant Pass Program
Steamboat is pleased to offer the Merchant Pass Program for the Yampa Valley community to bring value and augmented benefits to business partners. Merchant Passes include Season Pass access, Night Skiing access, F&B and Retail discounts, as well as Friends and Family benefits. This program allows flexibility and low cost transferability if year-round or season staff changes. Please review the program Fact Sheet for key details including pricing, deadlines, and policies.
Unexpected Closures
Should Steamboat Ski Resort be closed for 10 or more days in the 2023-2024 season due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact tickets@steamboat.com for updated policies. In response to an unexpected closure, Steamboat may need to implement measures to adapt to appropriate safety and health protocols. This may include limiting access to the resort and mountain facilities (including parking lots, chairlifts, lodges, restaurants, activities, hotel, etc.). Mountain access is not fully guaranteed even with pre-booking or advanced product purchase, such as Merchant Passes or lift tickets, unless such priority access is confirmed by Steamboat Resort. These actions and all access rights, including priority access, are subject to change without notice in response to changing circumstances.
Night-skiing benefits
Adult and Young Adult merchant and dependent passes include night skiing benefits.
