At Steamboat Ski & Resort, we value global cultural experiences and welcome team members from around the globe for summer and winter seasons. We participate in two international staffing programs: The J-1 Work & Travel Visa Program and H-2B Visa Extension Program. We believe that these programs bring a cultural diversity that enhances the experience for both employees and guests. The J-1 Visa Program brings students and young professionals from around the world to gain valuable work experience and share their unique perspectives. The H-2B Visa Program allows non-agricultural seasonal workers to join us during our peak seasons, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you are interested in either of the programs, please review the information below and contact us if you are eligible!
