We are excited to welcome back children age 5 through 16 for Mountain Camp! Days requested to register for camp are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Registration Process

Mountain Camp 10+ day registration and management of campers will be done through Brightwheel. The registration process is as follows.

STep 1: Registration Form & Deposit
  • Log into Brightwheel HERE. Returning parents can use their login information from last year. New parents will need to create an account. Once you are logged in you will be required to fill out the '2024 Mountain Camp Registration Form'. If you have more than one(1) child, an additional '2024 Mountain Camp Registration Form' is required for each child. Simply click the Brigthwheel registration link above and select 'add another child'.
  • Pay the one-time Deposit HERE. Only one(1) deposit is required per family.

    • IMPORTANT: Your camp days are not secured until both the registration form is complete and the deposit is paid. You will receive a confirmation email within three(3) business days and information for step #2. Parents have until May 24 to confirm or update their camp dates.

    Step 2: Medical Documentation
    Once BOTH the registration form is completed in Brightwheel, and the deposit is paid, you will receive a notification through Brightwheel within three (3) business days to complete additional documentation including:
  • 2024 Mountain Camp 10+ Day Family Information (One per family)
  • 2024 Mountain Camp Parent Handbook (One per family)
  • Immunization Records (One per child)
  • eSiganture Consent Form (One per family)
  • Medication Administration Permission Form (One per child if applicable)
  • Asthma Inhaler Permission Form (One per child if applicable).

    • IMPORTANT: If the required documents are not submitted PRIOR to the start of camp on June 6, your child will not be permitted into Mountain Camp and we will relinquish your child's camp dates.
