We are excited to welcome back children age 5 through 16 for Mountain Camp from June 4 through August 15, 2025! Days requested to register for camp are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Registration Process

Mountain Camp 10+ day registration and management of campers will be done through Brightwheel. The registration process is as follows.

STep 1: 2025 Mountain Camp Registration Form & $25 Registration Fee
  • Log into Brightwheel HERE. Returning parents can use their login information from last year. New parents will need to create an account. Once you are logged in you will be required to fill out the '2025 Mountain Camp Registration Form'. If you have more than one(1) child, an additional '2025 Mountain Camp Registration Form' is required for each child. Simply click the Brigthwheel registration link above and select 'add another child'.
  • Pay the one-time, nonrefundable $25 Registration FeeHERE. Only one(1) registration fee is required per family.

  • IMPORTANT: Your camp days are not secured until both the registration form is complete and the registration fee is paid. You will receive a confirmation message through Brightwheel within three(3) business days with information to complete Step 2 below. If the required documents in Step 2 are not submitted PRIOR to the start of camp(June 4), your child will not be permitted into Mountain Camp and we will relinquish your child's camp dates. Parents have until May 31 to confirm or update their camp dates.

  • 2025 Mountain Camp Parent Handbook (One per family)
  • Immunization Records (One per child)
  • eSignature Consent Form (One per family)
  • Medication Administration Permission Form (One per child if applicable)
  • Asthma Inhaler Permission Form (One per child if applicable).
