Olympian and World Championship medalist Bryan Fletcher established himself as one of the best Nordic Combined skiers in the world with a victory in the King’s Cup at Holmenkrollen in 2012. Since then Fletcher has competed in five World Championships earning a bronze in the Team Combined in 2013, the Sochi Olympics, two US Championships and has had 26 Top-10 World Cup individual finishes. Fletcher grew up in Steamboat Springs and began skiing by age three at Howelsen Hill. At age four he was ski jumping and by age six was a combined skier when he picked up cross country. Told he shouldn’t jump due to a childhood cancer diagnosis, Fletcher beat cancer and stuck with the sport which has propelled him to the highest stages of competition. Expect Bryan to represent Steamboat and the US at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
