A spring tradition in Ski Town, U.S.A®., the Splashdown Pond Skimming Championships are back. Skiers and riders suit up in their best retro gear and wildest costumes, then send it across an icy pond with style, speed, and a whole lot of commitment.
Things will look a little different this year, so here's the scoop:
NEW LOCATION
The Pond Skim will be held in the Rendezvous area outside of Rendezvous Lodge.
You’ll need to ski or ride to access the venue, so plan accordingly and give yourself time to get there before the start.
We highly recommend bringing a backpack with dry clothes… because let’s be honest, there’s a solid chance you’ll need them. Rendezvous Lodge will be open for changing and warming up after your run.
Lift ticket access is required, and participants must be able to ski or ride to and from the venue. Please note: there is no beginner access to this location.
