Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Reservations must be booked directly with Steamboat Resort by November 19, 2026.
- Eligible stays and product usage must occur between opening day and January 31, 2027.
- Lodging reservations must have an arrival date on or before January 31, 2027.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or product use to qualify.
- This offer applies to new reservations only and does not automatically apply to existing reservations.
- Products added to a reservation after November 19, 2026, are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
Eligible Products
- Daily lift tickets, including First Tracks, Day Tickets, Night Skiing, Afternoon, and Scenic Gondola Ride tickets.
- Ski and snowboard rentals and clothing rentals.
- SnowSports School group lessons, Young Kid group lessons, and private lessons.
- Lodging at Steamboat Grand and through Steamboat Hospitality.
- True West Daily Tickets.
- Daily and weekly ski/snowboard storage.
- Snowshoeing.
- Eligible cancellations will be offered credit first. Refunds may be considered as a secondary option.
- Guests using a previously issued credit to book an eligible stay or product are eligible for credit only and are not eligible for refunds.
The following items are excluded from this offer and remain subject to their applicable terms and conditions:
- Airfare
- Travel insurance
- Processing fees
- Seasonal products
- Frequency products
- This policy does not automatically apply to reservations made before the offer period. Guests with existing reservations may contact Steamboat Resort’s reservation team to discuss their options.
