Buckaroo Carpet Public Access
New to skiing or snowboarding? Buckaroo Carpet offers a fun, beginner-friendly place to get comfortable on the snow. Located in Steamboat Square near the Steamboat Gondola, this easy-access learning area is free and open to guests of all ages from 12–4 PM daily.
Guests ages 3 and younger can also take advantage of complimentary ski or snowboard rentals, including boots and a helmet, available at Steamboat Sports.

Waiver Required: All guests must read and sign a waiver before using the area.
